Danish architect Hans J. Wegner is considered a pioneering furniture designer of the twentieth century. The Wegner Ch07 Shell Chair is one of Hans Wegner's most iconic chairs for the living room and lounge areas.

Wegner Shell Chairs achieve their floating lightness thanks to wing-like lines and arching curves of a three-legged design. Hans Wegner first drew up the CH07 Shell Chair in 1963, and after a 30-year hiatus, when the Shell Chair was reintroduced in 1998 it immediately won broad public appeal as well as several design awards.

The seat and back are made from the highest quality form-pressed hardwood laminates.

The three-legged construction provides great stability and the upholstered, slightly bent shells offer generous comfort.

The front legs are made of one piece of continuous laminated wood, the back leg from another.
